一、材料:韭菜200克、鸡蛋3个、蒜头1个、干红辣椒15克

二、调料:海天金标生抽15毫升、海天古道料酒15毫升、食盐少许、油适量

三、做法:

1、韭菜洗净切段,鸡蛋打散搅拌成蛋糊备用;

2、热油锅。放入蛋糊煸炒至出香,盛出;

3、锅中留底油,爆香蒜末、干红辣椒,放入韭菜炒至断生,再倒入鸡蛋、生抽炒匀,装盘即可。
