一、材料:苦瓜250克、鸡蛋3个、蒜头1个

二、调料:海天金标生抽15毫升、油50毫升

三、做法:

1、苦瓜洗净切片,鸡蛋打散搅拌成蛋液备用;


2、热油锅,放入蛋液煸炒至出香,盛出;


3、锅中留底油,爆香蒜末,放入苦瓜炒至断生,再放入已炒熟的鸡蛋、海天金标生抽炒匀,装盘即可。
